Groundwater monitoring was conducted by Natural Resource Solutions, LLC throughout a period
from 2006-2019. Based on the results of these groundwater readings, the roadway centerline
elevations within the Graycliff Subdivision Phase 2 are designed to be greater than 3' above highest
established groundwater elevation.
