Dear Mr.Tiefenbach:
The Jamestown Ranch annexation and preliminary plat application initally went before the Meridian City
Planning and Zoning Commission on November 18, 2021. The project was continued to January 20, 2022 to
provide an opportunity to address comments received from the Commission as well as neighbors and to receive
comment from Ada County Highway District.The following changes have been made in response to comments
received at the initial hearing.The following page includes an annotated plat depicting all of the changes made.
1. Decrease in the number of common drive lots. Have included 5 reconfigured "knuckle' designs
were applicable.
2. Addition of pedestrian pathways to common drive lots and associated easements,see pre plat note
9.
3. Road alignments adjusted.
4. Landscaping north of the far northeast lot and at south boundary added to phase 2.
5. 1 residential lot removed
6. 2 common lots added
7. 5 common drive lots removed
8. Additional pedestrian access added,i.e. Lot 21, Block 2
