THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL NOT APPLY WHEN A NUISANCE RESULTS FROM THE IMPROPER OR

3. ANY RESUBDIVISION OF THIS PLAT SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MOST RECENTLY APPROVED SUBDIVISION
STANDARDS OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN AT THE TIME OF RESUBOIVISION.
4. BUILDING SETBACKS AND DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS IN THIS SUBDIVISION SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH
