7. 202102943-V-CU-MSP, RPLUS ENERGIES: A Conditional Use, Master Site Plan, and
Variance application for a 3,000-acre solar farm including an electric transmission line and
substation to be granted to Idaho Power for the construction and installation of ground mounted
solar panels and battery energy storage system to interconnect to Idaho Power electric grid.
There are no structures associated with the use at this time. They are requesting a Variance to
exceed the maximum coverage of 5% in the Rural Preservation (RP) District P Zone. The
property is located at S Orchard Access Rd and E Monroe Ave; Section T.1&2S, R.4E.
