N. Vicenza Way, Near the Northwest Corner of N. Ten Mile Rd. and W. McMillan Rd.

A. Request: A Development Agreement Modification to remove the subject
parcel from the boundary of the existing Development Agreement
(Summerwood Subdivision, H-2019-0001, Inst. #2019-055407) for the
purpose of creating a new Development Agreement consistent with a new
concept plan and proposal for a multi-family development on 16.6 acres of
land in the R-15 zoning district.
Motion to deny made by Councilman Borton, Seconded by Councilman Hoaglun.

2. Public Hearing for 1160 W. Ustick Annexation (H-2021-0092) by The Housing

A. Request: Annexation and Zoning of 4.54 acres of land with a request for the
R-15 zoning district for the future purpose of constructing an affordable
housing, multi-family residential project.

3. Ordinance No. 22-1965: An Ordinance (Pera Place Subdivision – H-2021-0056 And H-
2021-0091) for Annexation of a Parcel of Land Situated in the Southwest Quarter of
Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Ada County, Idaho, Including Lots 2 and
3, Block 2 of Black Cat Estates Subdivision No. 2 (Instrument #870382, Records of Ada
County Idaho), and Being More Particularly Described in Attachment “A” and Annexing
Certain Lands and Territory, Situated in Ada County, Idaho, and Adjacent and
Contiguous to the Corporate Limits of the City of Meridian as Requested by the City of
Meridian; Establishing and Determining the Land Use Zoning Classification of 10.01
Acres of Land from RUT to R-8 (Medium Density Residential) Zoning District in the
Meridian City Code; Providing that Copies of this Ordinance shall be Filed with the Ada
County Assessor, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as
Required by Law; and Providing for a Summary of the Ordinance; and Providing for a
Waiver of the Reading Rules; and Providing an Effective Date Approved

Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 4 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
Ada County, Idaho; Establishing and Determining the Land Use Zoning Classification
of 6.99 Acres of Land from R-4 (Medium Low Density Residential) Zoning District to
R-8 (Medium Density Residential) Zoning District in the Meridian City Code;
Providing that Copies of this Ordinance shall be Filed with the Ada County Assessor,
the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as Required by Law;
and Providing for a Summary of the Ordinance; and Providing for a Waiver of the
Reading Rules; and Providing an Effective Date Approved
