Mr. Mayor and City Councilmembers,
Thank you for your time this evening. As the previous land owner, and owner of the adjacent approximately 55 acres,
north of the subject property, we are in support of the proposed plan. I personally selected Dustin Holt and his partners
to develop this 16 acre parcel because I believe they will develop a wonderful community. I have had conversations
with Dustin regarding a private road into their property and I am in agreement to work with him and his team in
accommodating an intersection at Gondola Road and San Vito that will allow them to construct the proposed road
through their property. I am in support of their proposal before you this evening.
