Yes: ☒ No: ☐ Notes: Currently Lot 3 and Lot 1 appear to have water service laterals off Eagle Rd. There is also an 8” water stub coming off Eagle Rd at E. Alta Hills Rd. Wells that will not continue to be used must be properly abandoned, documentation of abandonment will be required to be submitted to the City. Notes: If any meters, hydrants, water main, or sewer main is proposed with development, a 20 foot wide easement is required over the mains. 30 foot easement required over both water and sewer if parallel to each other. Any carports, trash enclosures, etc. should not impede the easements. Make sure the site is designed in such a manner that this is not an issue.
