Notice is hereby given that the Company may adopt one or more series as provided under
U.C.A. §48-3a-1201 et seq. as set forth in the Company's operating agreement. As such, the
series' debts, liabilities, obligations, and expenses shall only be enforceable against assets of that
series and none of the debts, liabilities, obligations of the Company shall be enforceable against
the assets of the series.
