In one-last-look at the Apex East findings regarding the not-applicable references to single-family attached dwellings, I
find that, per the attachment, Condition 10 is still in the findings document for Council approval this afternoon.
It is not necessary to pull the findings from the agenda given that the condition simply does not apply, but I want to be
on the record—just in case.

3. Ensure no sewer service pass through infiltration trenches
