Sorry for the delay here we have been working to acquire the adjacent parcels to create a project the city would desire.
We would like to withdrawal the application. If we can get the fees refunded that would be great. There will be a revised
application coming in the next months.

Good morning,
I am reaching out this morning regarding the Moshava Village (H-2021-0067) project that has been in limbo for months.

The project has been continued twice and is scheduled for the January 20 hearing in two weeks.
We had a discussion months ago regarding access, road layout, and meeting the Ten Mile Plan but no official revised
plans have been submitted to me. At this point, we cannot continue to kick the project down the line. I am going to
write a staff report recommending denial based on the plans that have been submitted. If there are potential plans for
the future, I recommend withdrawing the application (we will refund some of the fees) and then submitting again when
a more solid plan is known and can be submitted.
Please let me know your thoughts.
