Bruce and Bill,
Hope you are both good and well rested after the Holidays! 2022 is going to be another crazy year. We are already
receiving inquiries at Ten Mile and Eagle View.
I am writing both of you in regards to the Friendship Subdivision that has a public hearing tomorrow night. This is
adjacent to Birkdale Subdivision that I did a few years ago. As you both know I am very pro development and love seeing
new things go up. This one is a little different. I support the annexation of the property and I would support a
development that would be consistent with current planning and zoning map of R-4. I will not support the rezone to R-8.
At Birkdale we rezoned it to R-2 and I believe that Meridian should have more of these lots. The density of what they
have planned does not fit Birkdale nor Saguaro Canyon. I know most of the neighbors are in opposition to what they
have planned.
I am not able to attend the meeting tomorrow night but wanted to get this to you and anyone else that needs it. Is it
possible for this email and opposition to be added to the list tomorrow night?
