Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets within Prescott
Ridge Subdivision No. 1 are designed a minimum of three (3) feet above the seasonal high ground water
elevation. The geotechnical report, "Geotechnical Recommendations Report Prescott Ridge Subdivision
Chinden and McDermott—Meridian, Idaho", prepared by Site Consulting, LLC and dated August 10,2021,was
used to determine the approximate groundwater elevations relative to the street centerline elevations.
