A. Request: Request to Amend the text of the City’s Unified Development Code
(UDC) pertaining to the Dimensional Standards for the Residential Districts in
Chapter 2 and Landscape Buffer along Streets Standards in Chapter 3.

A. Request: A Development Agreement Modification to remove the subject
parcel from the boundary of the existing Development Agreement
(Summerwood Subdivision, H-2019-0001, Inst. #2019-055407) for the
purpose of creating a new Development Agreement consistent with a new
concept plan and proposal for a multi-family development on 16.6 acres of
land in the R-15 zoning district.

Meadows) for Rezone of a Parcel of Real Property Situated Within a Portion of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW ¼ SW ¼) and Within a Portion
of the Northwest Quarter (NW ¼ ) of Section 10, Township 3 North, Range 1 West,
Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho; Establishing and Determining the Land Use
Zoning Classification of 5.33 Acres of Land From R-4 (Medium Low Residential)
Zoning District to R-8 (Medium Density Residential) Zoning District in the
Meridian City Code; Providing That Copies of This Ordinance Shall be Filed with
the Ada County Assessor, the Ada County Recorder, and the Idaho State Tax
Commission, as Required by Law; and Providing for a Summary of the Ordinance;
