Alan,
Due to the holidays, the Heron Village site has not progressed as hoped. The management team is interviewing tenants
to understand the appeal of the street parking even when there is open on-site parking. We need more time to conduct
interviews, determine parking patterns and to revise the site plan per City Council comments.

Please consider this our request to continue the City Council hearing on January 11to mid-March 2022.
