Mr. Mayor and City Councilmembers,
I represent BridgeTower Investments. We still own approximately 55 acres north of the property being presented this
evening. While our concepts may have changed over the years, it has always been our desire to create a mixed-use area
on the 75 acres located at the northwest intersection of McMillan and Ten Mile. Uses were anticipated to consist of
retail, big box, restaurants, office, medical office, high density housing and medium density housing transitioning to the
single family homes currently constructed. After much debate and interviewing multiple potential developers, I
ultimately selected Dustin Holt and his team because I believe this is a group of individuals with integrity, who will do
what they say and will develop a wonderful residential community. I am in support of their proposed DA modification
before you this evening.
