Meridian City Council Ordinance No. 21-1958 (without exhibits or attachments) approving the Urban Renewal Plan for the Linder District Urban Renewal Project (the “Plan”), which plan contains a revenue allocation area. The City Council approved the Ordinance at its meeting of December 14, 2021. The Mayor signed the Ordinance on December 14, 2021. Publication of the Ordinance Summary in the Idaho Press occurred on December 19, 2021. A copy of the published Ordinance Summary is also enclosed. 2. Recorded under separate cover, the legal description and map of the boundaries of the revenue allocation area. Please file these documents in your official records. Please note, the boundary of the revenue allocation area extends beyond the municipal boundary of the city of Meridian and into unincorporated Ada County. As required by Idaho Code §§ 50-2906(3)(b) and 50-2907(2), the Ada County Board of County Commissioners and the City of Meridian have entered into an Intergovernmental Agreement (the “Agreement”) on administration of a revenue allocation financing provision. The Agreement has been formalized by a transfer of power ordinance adopted by the Ada County Board of County Commissioners in Ada County Ordinance No. 932 and by City Council Resolution No. 21-2299, which are formal attachments to Ordinance No. 21-1958.
