Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the Final Plat Application for the Skybreak
Subdivision No. 1 Residential Community located off Eagle Road south of Lake Hazel Rd. This first phase of
construction consists of 83 residential lots, 21 common lots (including a private road) and one existing residence
on 35.67 acres of land in the R-8 district. Landscaped Common Lots in this phase equals 8.06 acres or 22.6%.
Emergency/Fire Access is provided by a gravel access road from the Vantage Pointe Subdivision.

This final plat is in conformance with (1) the approved preliminary plat and meeting all requirements or
