CC - Amenity Details PROJECT AMENITIES As the developer have researched and interviewed homeowners and followed the city ordinance to plan the most productive amenities for this area and this development.The amenity package for the subdivision far exceeds the requirement of Meridian City Development Code. In Phase 1, we are proposing six amenities, including entry monuments, entry gates for the private gated portion of the community, a dog park and pathways. Proposed Amenities: o Entry Park-The main collector roadway will terminate in an attractively landscaped open space that will provide for an aesthetically appealing entry statement that will convey a sense of + arrival.
