As the developer have researched and interviewed homeowners and followed the city ordinance to plan the most
productive amenities for this area and this development.The amenity package for the subdivision far exceeds the
requirement of Meridian City Development Code. In Phase 1, we are proposing six amenities, including entry
monuments, entry gates for the private gated portion of the community, a dog park and pathways.
Proposed Amenities:
o Entry Park-The main collector roadway
will terminate in an attractively
landscaped open space that will provide
for an aesthetically appealing entry
statement that will convey a sense of +

northeast corner of the development.This pathway
will give residents access to the Boise Ranch Golf
Course
- A natural hillside pathway will feature 1,435 linear feet
and will give residents access to the regional pathway
along Ten Mile Creek. The pathway will also loop
down to the southern portion of the subdivision
connecting residents throughout the neighborhood. _L

o Entry Monuments—Large stone monuments will make a
statement as you enter the subdivision from Eagle Road
o Entry Gates&Guard Shack—A portion of the Skybreak
Community will be gated and utilize private streets to
create a more intimate neighborhood setting within the
larger Skybreak Community. _
