Alan, in response to the staff report for Apex East (H-2021-0086), we are in agreement with the conditions of approval
with the following exceptions/clarifications:
2a – Not applicable; no attached dwellings are proposed.
2d – The Farr Lateral is controlled by Boise Project Board of Control. At this time, access to the Farr is not
guaranteed, so the landscape plan will be revised to exclude the area along the Farr lateral from the qualified
open space.
2e – We concur and will work with staff to realign the pathway.
10 – Not applicable; no attached dwellings are proposed.
