2021-12-05 Newspaper NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications: Alpha Development Group for a Development Agreement Modification to remove the subject parcel from the boundary of the existing Development Agreement (Summerwood Subdivision, H-2019-0001, Inst. #2019-055407) for the purpose of creating a new Development Agreement consistent with a new concept plan and proposal for a multi-family development on 16.6 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Alpha Development R-15 MDA (H-2021-0094), located on parcel S0427438410, on the north side of W.
