Approve minutes from the November 8, 2021, MRFPD meeting
Treasurer’s Report
1. Approve and pay bills
2. Account balances
3. US Bank & LGIP Statement review
Old Business
1. Continued discussion on the repayment timeline expectations for the repayment of the
land purchases of the Lake Hazel Property & Overland property. The City’s Finance
Department would like to know the timeline expectation for repayment to the District.
2. Approval of the revised meeting dates for 2022.
3. Decision on what the District would like done with the reimbursement from the City of
$307,589.80 related to the GPSI funding.
a. Issue a refund check in the amount of $307,589.70 to the Rural District
b. Keep the money
or
c. Use the $307,589.70 to pay toward future invoices sent to Rural
