Dear Mr. Stewart:
Atlas performed 7 geotechnical investigations between 2006 and 2017 within 0.50 mile of the project
site. Based on evidence of this investigation and background knowledge of the area,Atlas estimates
ground water depths to be greater than 15-feet BGS throughout the year.
Therefore, as required by the City's final plat application requirements, please accept this statement
certifying that all street finish centerline elevations are set a minimum of three (3)feet above the
highest established normal groundwater elevation.
