Good Afternoon Todd – Thank you for the letter you sent and for your comments at the recent P&Z Hearing. Based on your input, engineering information from ITD, and further analysis we have determined that we have the roadway at the easternmost alignment possible. To meet the required code conditions of the berm, sound wall, landscape buffer, and multi-purpose pathway, and the desired lot layout for the Aviator Springs Sub, the road alignment needs to be as shown in the clip below. The berm height and wall at the south PL of the Aviator parcel is a combined 16.68’ height to provide the required relationship of top of wall to centerline. I have also attached the landscape plan sheet for this area to provide additional clarity. 1 Thank you again for reaching out so we could be certain we are getting this infrastructure coordinated for future projects and specifically for your project that may bring a future application to the city.
