Thank you for taking the time to review the additional information we provided, and revising the staff report. With
regard to the Settlers Square MDA staff report recommendation for approval, we concur, and request one additional DA
provision be included as follows:
“The Applicant shall be allowed to obtain two (2) building permits for the commercial portion of the project prior to any
subdivision of the property.”
I will be in attendance at the hearing on December 7, 2021, to present the project and respond to any questions

Attached is the revised staff report for the proposed DA Modification for Settlers Square MDA, H-2021-0072.
This item is scheduled to be on the Council agenda on December 7, 2021. The public hearing will be held at
City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Jon - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(cityclerk@meridiancity.org) and myself (e-mail) as soon as possible. Also, please submit any presentation
for the public hearing to the City Clerk’s office no later than noon (12:00pm) the day of the hearing.
