APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $6,130,073, AND ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO: Section 1. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication, according to law.
