AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 06-1262 THE APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2006 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
2007. APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL MONIES THAT ARE TO BE
RECEIVED BY THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO IN THE SUM OF $6,130,073,
AND ALLOCATING ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 06-1262, the appropriation ordinance for the City of
Meridian, Idaho, for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2006 and
ending September 30, 2007 be and the same is hereby amended as
follows:

That the additional sum of $6,130,073 be appropriated out of the revenues
from Fund Balance and Other Sources and Fees, to be used for authorized
activities.
Section 2. That the 2nd and 3rd readings of this ordinance are waived by suspension of
the Rule as allowed pursuant to Idaho Code §50-902.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage,
approval and publication, according to law.

budget and the appropriation of expenditures of $6,130,073 to defray the necessary
expenses and liabilities of the City of Meridian, in accordance with the object and
purposes and in the certain amounts herein specified for the fiscal year beginning October
