Dear Planning Staff,
The owner of the property of parcel numbers R5629430080, R5629430090,and R5629430106 is
proposing to rezone the parcels from C-G to I-L(Light Industrial).
The proposed project consists of a new phased RV storage facility.The first phase will be an
approximately 51,482 s.f. storage facility consisting of five buildings.The project will be primarily used as
a RV and recreational storage facility with an office. This phase will complete the perimeter buildings.
Phase 2 of the project will be six canopies that are surrounded by the buildings in Phase 1. The
canopies will be used as additional storage facility for the larger RV units.
Pedestrian access improvements and landscaping are also proposed to promote pedestrian
connectivity.
