Broadway Ave. Meridian, ID,83642 Re: Development Agreement Modification for Ten Mile RV Storage 3302 and 3386 Burley Ave and 3425 Nelis Dr.,Meridian,ID,83646 (McNelis Subdivision-AZ-04-004,Ord#04-1090,and MDA-11-002) Dear Planning Staff, To better serve the density of residential housing in Northwest Meridian as well as the ongoing need for industrial land,the property owner is proposing a rezone to I-L. The C-G zone along W.Ustick Rd.and N.Ten Mile Rd. will be maintained to create a buffer to the I-L zone. The original Development Agreement was approved by City Council on 6-30-2004 and recorded on 7-23- 2004 as Instrument#104093293. The Addendum to the Development Agreement was approved by City Council 5-23- 2012 and recorded on 6-07-2012 as Instrument#112054621. The purpose of this request is to modify the conceptual site plan that was submitted for the previous rezone and development agreement modification of the McNelis Subdivision(CPAM-10-002,RZ-11-001,and MDA-11-002). Please see attached Exhibit A. This exhibit shows the new storage concept and the area proposed to be rezoned from C-G to I-L(Light Industrial). There are no text changes proposed to the development agreement. Please contact our office with any questions you may have in reviewing the application materials.
