I undersW"ld Farwest lLC is looking to amend their Park Impact Fee Reimbursement
Agreement to include the subdivision Fulfer Sub, (aka: Kelly Creek Sub).
Looking back at fiscal year 2005 the City received Park Impact Fees of $117,682 and
another $39,684 during the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2006 for a total received of $157,366
from the permits sold in Fulfer Sub.
