Broadway Avenue, Suite 102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 RE: Development Agreement Modification for Bellhaven Subdivision Instrument NO. 108057324 Dear Mr. Dodson, We are requesting a modification of an existing development agreement for Bellhaven Subdivision. We are requesting the rescission of the existing development agreement aforementioned and the drafting of a new development agreement to include the additional acreage. We are currently requesting the site be rezoned to R-8 along with the annexation and preliminary platting of the entire almost 17 acres. Annexation, Zoning and Preliminary Plat application for Pera Place Subdivision (H-2021-0056) has been submitted and was heard by Planning and Zoning Commission on November 4, 2021 with a recommendation of approval. We held a neighborhood meeting on September 13, 2021 at Meridian City Hall. We look forward to the approval for annexation, rezone and preliminary plat and working with the city to draft a new development agreement.
