Good evening, The only concern I have with the proposed request is with the Site plan. The two lots that are adjacent to my property Lot 381 and 385 S locust grove in the Belveal Subdivision have a cross access and parking easement that is not being shown on their proposed site plan. We are in the process of civil design and will be using the Access Easement for our project. (See attached) We would request that Intermountain Wood products maintains the access to Locust Grove and that it be a shared access to their property and ours. Please let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
