Dawn, thanks for your review. Our civil engineer is reviewing the staff report, and we will let you
know if we have any comments by 4:00 p.m. tomorrow.
We do want to get in the public record that while we have eliminated the three access points along
Main Street, we do not agree with this requirement, per the analysis of the TIS. However, in order to
expedite the project due to the pressures of construction in the market, we eliminated the access
points. We are in planning for a future phase of this project on the west side of the site, and at that
time we will look to reinstate Access A (referencing our TIS) along Main Street.
