Fire
The building will need a full fire plan review.
Water
The new water main in E 3rd St needs to be located within the proper corridor on the east
side of centerline instead of the same location of the existing water main. We are assuming
that the irrigation connections are for backup and are not the primary irrigation.
Is reclaimed capacity available (contact WRRF Sup.) Has reclaimed model verified capacity
City Engineer & WRRF Superintendent consulted?
Wastewater
Ensure that infiltration trenches are located so that sewer services do no pass through them.
Ensure no permanent structures (trees, bushes, buildings, carports, trash receptacle walls,
fences, infiltration trenches, light poles, etc.) are built within the utility easement.
Transportation
Streetlight plan required with the building permit or final plat application.
