We have concerns with the recommendation in the staff report for Settlers Square MDA, and feel additional context is
needed. We would like to provide this information for Staff review and consideration prior to presenting to
Council. Thus, we request a two week deferral to Tuesday, November 23, 2021.

Attached is the staff report for the proposed MDA for Settlers Square, H-2021-0072. This item is scheduled
to be on the Council agenda on November 9, 2021. The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Josh - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(cityclerk@meridiancity.org) and myself (e-mail) as soon as possible. Also, please submit any presentation
for the public hearing to the City Clerk’s office no later than noon (12:00pm) the day of the hearing.
