I am doing the cursory review for your submittal for the Friendship Annexation and Subdivision.
Please note there have been recent changes to the amount of required common open space.These
changes went into effect on October 5. For a property zoned R-8, you are now required to provide
15%. Your open space exhibit shows 10.8%.
You are going to have to rework the landscape plan and plat before I can get this scheduled for
hearing.
11-3G-3: STANDARDS FOR COMMON OPEN SPACE:
A. Open Space and ff.epi i-y i4linimum Requirements:The minimum requirements are based

meets the standards as set forth in subsection B of this section shall
