A parcel of land being a portion of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33,Township 3 North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian,City of Meridian,Ada County, Idaho being more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a brass cap marking the North 1/4 corner of said Section 33,which bears S89015'22"E a
distance of 2,660.62 feet from an aluminum cap marking the Northwest corner of said Section 33,thence
following the northerly line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 33, N89'15'22"W a distance of 783.43 feet
to a set 5/8-inch rebar being the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence leaving said northerly line,SOO°44'38"W a distance of 37.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Hill's
Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 1(Book 115 of Plats at Page 17131, records of Ada County, Idaho);
Thence following the westerly boundary of said Hill's Century Farm Commercial Subdivision No. 1,
S00°44'38"W a distance of 306.58 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
Thence leaving said westerly boundary, N89'15'22"W a distance of 341.13 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the
easterly boundary of Hill's Century Farm North Subdivision No. 1(Book 121 of Plats at Page 18902, records of
Ada County, Idaho);
Thence following said easterly boundary the following six(6)courses:
1. 39.89 feet along the arc of a curve to the left,said curve having a radius of 331.50 feet,a delta angle
of 06°53'41",a chord bearing of NO3.31'17"W and a chord distance of 39.87 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
2. N06°58'08"W a distance of 103.17 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
3. 33.92 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 268.50 feet,a delta
angle of 07"14'19",a chord bearing of NO3°20'59"W and a chord distance of 33.90 feet to a 5/8-inch
rebar;
4. N00°16'11"E a distance of 114.14 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar;
S. N45"30'25"E a distance of 20.61 feet to a brass plug;
6. N00°44'38"E a distance of 39.00 feet to a 5/8-inch rebar on the northerly line of the Northwest 1/4
of said Section 33;
Thence leaving said easterly boundary and following said northerly line,S89'15'22"E a distance of 346.79 feet
to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains a total of 2.790 acres, more or less,and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights-of-
way of record or implied.
