Please accept this letter as certification that the centerline elevations of the proposed streets, as
shown on the Hill's Century Farm Commercial No. 2 plans are designed a minimum of three (3) feet
above the seasonal high ground water elevation stated in the Geotechnical Engineering Report of Hill's
Century Farm Commercial Subdivision, dated October 11, 2016, prepared by MTI.
