We would like to file a change of use from retail to restaurant. The square footage of the
restaurant is 1950 sf.
The hours of operation are as follows:
Sunday – Thursday 10:30am – 9:00pm
Friday & Saturday 10:30am – 10:00pm
Parking spaces – The restaurant is required to have 8 parking spaces and the co-tenant (Liquor
Store) is required to have 9. Total parking spaces is 33.
