Alan,
Throughout design development, some parking spaces were lost through changes to the layout of parking in order to
meet emergency vehicle access compliance as well as trash access requirements. There were also renovations to create
new ADA accessible parking spaces and the addition the cover along the building which were responsible for the
removal a few spaces. However, we are still compliant with Meridian parking requirement per our parking calcs as a part
of the project data on G‐001 (attached).

Are you taking up any existing parking spaces with the shelter, and if so, are they being replaced anywhere else?

Alan,

Hi, I really appreciate you getting on this review today.
For the new covers, we plan for them to be two colors, the “adobe” and “Sonora beige” (shown on attached color
images from Covertech). The plan is for the lighter color to be used for a majority of the structure while the darker
would be more for the roof and accents. The shades will closely match the colors of the building and be located in
relatively similar spatial areas of the elevation (the roof is at the building accent band) to achieve an overall cohesive
design.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!

Hi Rebecca,
I am trying to get the Kendell Auto Group DES wrapped up for you.
I don’t see anything regarding the color of the new roof cover and smoking shelter other than aluminum posts and
lattice cover. What color are they? Black? Unfinished metal? Brown? You provided a photo of the proposed color
scheme. How do these elements fit in?
