Subject Century Farm Self Storage - Design Review Modification
Brighton Corporation is requesting a change to the exterior building materials that were
approved with DES,CZC (A-2020-0114). The original proposed exterior materials consisted of
brick, Hardie board, and EIFS. Due to cost savings, we are proposing changing the Hardie board
to an EIFS material. We can still achieve the same smooth surface look with the same reveals as
originally intended. The material colors will remain the same as originally approved.
Accompanied with this narrative is the design review checklist, detailing the changes in red.
