Global Machinery is an Equipment Rental, Sales, and Service company. The proposed use of the
property located at 2049 East Wilson Lane is for the sale, rental, service, and support of specialized
construction equipment. Global Machinery (www.GlobalMachinery.com) is a supplier of equipment to
niche segments of the construction industry. We will be storing, renting, and repairing equipment at
this location. We do not plan for a large display area anywhere along the road frontage or outside of the
fenced in yard. All equipment will be stored inside the yard or building during non-working hours. All
service or repair work will be completed inside the building.
