• Project will be (5B) construction type consisting of wood framed roof joists, floor joists, and other
support structures including exterior walls.
• Non-load bearing interior walls will be metal stud.
• This will be using an unprotected wood frame -thus not built to have a fire rating.
• Building will be fully sprinklered.
• This project will be submitted under the 2015 IBC effective 1 January 2018.
• This location due to current wind speed maps WILL NOT require a mandatory storm shelter per
section 423.4 2015 IBC.
• Maximum building height allowed is 60ft (if sprinklered) above grade.
• Maximum stories above grade is (2) two if sprinklered.
• No separation is required between the main and accessory occupancies.
