Design Review for Dwelling Single Family Attached
Sonya,
Per the requirements of Bainbridge North (H-2019-0074) Adopted Findings, and in consistency
with the submitted elevations found in the application and recorded development agreement,
we are applying for Design Review approval of all “Dwelling, Single Family Attached” as defined
in Meridian UDC as “A structure containing two (2) dwelling units attached by a common wall
or walls, where each dwelling unit is located on a separate property” (hereafter “Attached
Homes”) for Bainbridge North (Bainbridge 11 and Bainbridge 12).
More specifically, the Attached Homes and lots under this request are identified in green
(below) on the site plan and conceptually shown, as provided in the development agreement:

More specifically, the Attached Homes at Cadence are designed for active adult residents who
desire high design and cohesiveness throughout the community. Each Attached Home is
compatible to the unit with which it is joined, as well as its relation to other homes within the
community. Colors are not included in this submittal as they will be specific to the choice of
each Attached Home, but they will be compatible with all other homes in Cadence at
Bainbridge.
We request your expedited approval of this application so that building permits can be pulled.
