We believe the existing conditions and proposed work align with the Architectural Standards per the attached checklist and the Unified Development Code. The proposed interior scope of demolition work includes removing existing walls, doors, casework, bathroom fixtures, HVAC equipment, ductwork, grilles, and all interior electrical equipment. The proposed interior scope includes new nonstructural walls, finishes, doors, casework, gas furnaces, water lines, sanitary lines, water heater, plumbing fixtures, RTAC units, ductwork, grilles, electrical panels, conduit, wiring, lighting, and outlets. The exterior proposed scope of demolition work includes removing the existing canopy on the south end of the building and the concrete islands related to it, and the scope includes to remove the drive thru window teller lane bump out wall on the south end of the building. The canopy concrete islands are to be patched to match adjacent. The wall at the drive thru teller window is to be infilled to match adjacent. New glazing is proposed to replace existing at select locations and awnings are being proposed at select glazing and entrance locations. Nine new parking spaces are being added at existing paved area on south portion of the lot, this scope includes striping only. The existing concrete sidewalk is to be power washed as needed and repaired if any damaged portions exist. There is no work in the proposed scope to the existing dumpster enclosure, mechanical equipment enclosure, parking stalls, curb and gutter, asphalt, or landscaping. Existing landscaping features can be found on the Key Bank Landscaping Plan dated S/4/09 submitted with the Certificate of Zoning Compliance for this project on 2/21/20.
