To whom it may concern:
We are proposing a new façade on an existing building within City of Meridian city limits. The
existing site butts up to Eagle Road and resides in a mall parking lot in front of PetSmart.
The main entrance to the store is located along the southern side of the building and faces
towards the parking lot. All parking for patrons and employees is located along the southern and
eastern sides of the building.
The proposed remodeled building is approximately 3,250 square feet. The use will remain the
same and there are no structural changes. The goal of this project is to create a façade upgrade
with new paint, new stucco, new signs, new awnings, and to patch and repair any damaged
existing conditions. We would like to see a refreshed look to this store.
