Dear Ethan,
This is in response to the application received by Idaho Power Company dated June 28, 2021,
regarding the possible vacation and abandonment of a certain area near Waltman Lane in
Meridian, Idaho. The area being vacated (the "road right of way area") is more specifically
detailed in the enclosed exhibits.
Our records indicate that there are no Idaho Power Company facilities within the road right-of-
way area. As such, Idaho Power can support a vacation within the certain area commonly
identified as the road right-of-way area.
Thank you for providing Idaho Power Company the opportunity to review and comment upon
the subject petition for vacation.
