Hawkins Companies desires to develop the land with a commercial development shown below.As the existing roadway interferes with a proposed commercial building,we propose to relocate the access drive to the site farther east, as shown below. Hawkins companies is committed to preserving access for the benefit of the Idaho Transportation Department facilities located to the southwest of the property. FF I OF BVIIDABLE GL4 I N e Hawkins Companies proposes to provide access to our site and cross access to all properties to the west and south via a drive aisle to the west of the building (shown in green).The exact location of this access would be contingent upon final design and site approval from the City of Meridian, which we will be seeking as a part of the development process. We have submitted our request to the Ada County Highway District(ACHD), and are eagerly awaiting our hearing date in front of the ACHD Commission.
