The name permission you attached would have to come from the signer of the Rackham plat, which would be BVABC Eagle View LLC. It appears from your list (and Ada County records)that two of the existing lots are in Rackham Sub, and are still owned by BVABC Eagle View LLC. As long as the following conditions are met,then no Permission to use the subdivision name would be required by our office. Since we do not reserve names for phased developments,we would not require a name reservation, either. • BVABC Eagle View LLC must be a signer/owner on the plat of phase 2, or a Permission to Use the Subdivision name would be required to be recorded from BVABC Eagle View LLC to the new owner/developer. Since it appears that BVA Rollings Hills No 1 LLC owns most of the parcels,that is who would need the Permission. • Rackham Sub No. 2 must be contiguous to Rackham Sub. The only other condition may be that several of the parcels in the list that you provided are across a public right-of-way. ACHD will have to either sign the plat as an Owner, or sign their Certificate as a Trustee of the Public Right-of-Way, and include an acknowledgement. The recorded plat of Dallas Harris Estates Townhomes Sub No 1 has an example of this Certificate and Acknowledgement. If Meridian is requiring a "Subdivision Name Reservation",this email should work, since we don't reserve each subsequent phase of phased developments.
