Project/Application Name:WRRF Side Stream Treatment Building - CZC
Description of Work:
The City of Meridian WRRF Side Stream Treatment Project includes the addition of a new side stream
treatment facility. The facility includes a building that houses process equipment and two reactor tanks
constructed at the existing WRRF site.
The project includes the following improvements and site features:
• Two stainless steel reactor tanks (39,100 gallons each). The bottom of each tank is enclosed within the
side stream building.
• New mechanical and electrical rooms within the side stream building. Two new blowers and chemical feed
systems are included.
• Yard piping connections to existing process piping and utilities including:
o Non-potable water
o Natural gas
o Seal water
o Digested sludge
o Plant drain
o Electrical service
• Site improvements including grading, paving, and integration into existing storm water management
systems.
