Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do not stamp
plans per say but rather give approval through e-mail and Republic Services approves of the plans attached.

Lee,
We are providing a 12’ interior clear dimension, the gate posts align with the CMU walls to provide a 12’ opening and
will have cane bolts to hold them open. Typically we provide a 120° opening for the enclosure, I have added some
additional notes to the plan and included a typical detail sheet for your reference.
Please let me know if this enclosure meets Republic Service requirements or if you need any additional information.

Thanks for sending over the plans. I am going to enclose the Commercial Enclosure Requirements just to ensure
compliance. I’d like to see Internal enclosure dimensions with opening identified and cane bolts in place.

I am submitting a new Multi-Tenant shops to the City of Meridian for Design Review and Certificate of Zoning
Compliance. Part of their submittal requirements is approval from Republic services of the location of the trash
enclosure.
Attached is the Orchard Park Multi-tenant shops Pad B site plan showing location of the 12’x12’ trash enclosure for your
approval.
