A parcel of land being a portion of Lots 3-5, Block 3 of TM Creek Subdivision No. 4 (Book 117 of Plats, Pages
17,944-17,946), situated in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Boise Meridian,
City of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a found aluminum cap marking the North 1/4 corner of said Section 14, which bears
S89°09'27"E a distance of 2,657.99 feet from a found brass cap marking the Northwest corner of said Section
14, thence following the northerly line of said Northwest 1/4, N89°09'27"W a distance of 546.64 feet;
Thence leaving said northerly line, S00°50'33"W a distance of 276.08 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence 500'33'41"W a distance of433.06 feet;
Thence N85°08'26"W a distance of 65.15 feet;
Thence S89°28'20"W a distance of 769.94 feet to the easterly right-of-way line of S. Wayfinder Ave.;
Thence following said easterly right-of-way line, N00°33'41"E a distance of 301.73 feet;
Thence leaving said easterly right-of-way line, S89°26'04"E a distance of 39.99 feet;
Thence 92.07 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 118.02 feet, a delta
angle of44'41'S0", a chord bearing of N68°13'00"E and a chord distance of 89.75 feet;
Thence N45°33'41"E a distance of 116.69 feet;
Thence 65.58 feet along the arc of a circular curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 83.50 feet, a delta
angle of 45°00'00", a chord bearing of N68°03'41"E and a chord distance of 63.91 feet;
Thence S89°26'19"E a distance of 570.22 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said parcel contains 7.826 acres, more or less, and is subject to all existing easements and/or rights -of -way of
record or implied.

documents of the county in which these described lands are situated in.
